Set within our peaceful farmhouse at Ruxton Farm, this day retreat offers a simple and accessible way to slow down, rest and reset.

Your day flows through guided yoga, meditation, and gentle mindfulness practices, alongside nourishing Ayurvedic meals prepared with care. You will be supported throughout by our experienced team, with the option to deepen your experience through treatments, workshops, or one-to-one sessions with our experts.

With time to wander in our beautiful gardens, unwind by the fire place, or simply be still, this retreat is ideal for a midweek reset, a weekend pause, or a meaningful day with loved ones.

Our day retreats gently begin at 08:00 with morning yoga and meditation, and come to a close after the evening session at around 18:30.

For those who wish to ease into the day more quietly, you are warmly welcome to arrive earlier and join optional Buddhist chanting and meditation in the Buddha Hall at 07:00.

If you feel called to extend your time with us, you may stay for a nourishing evening meal (+£15) at 19:00, followed by a calming evening activity (+£10) from 20:00–20:45.

Each element is offered with care, allowing you the space to engage as much or as little as you need.

No experience is needed. Our sessions are gentle, guided, and inclusive, creating a supportive space for both complete beginners and those with an established practice.

We recommend comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, along with suitable footwear for time in nature.
You may also wish to bring indoor slippers for added comfort.
All yoga mats, cushions, and refreshments are lovingly provided.
