A Restful Day Retreat in Sri Lanka
Price: $105 (Monday–Sunday)
Step away from daily busyness and spend a day with us in a peaceful village setting, surrounded by nature. Restore your balance through nourishing Ayurvedic meals, gentle yoga, meditation and time to simply slow down and reconnect.
Arrive in the morning and ease into the space at your own pace, whether resting by the pool or choosing an optional treatment. The day unfolds with a shared Ayurvedic lunch, afternoon tea and activities, followed by chanting, yoga and meditation to bring calm and clarity.
Between sessions, there is time to sit quietly, walk through the gardens or simply be. Your visit also supports local communities, connecting your experience with a wider sense of care and purpose.

We welcome you from 9 am. You can take time to settle in, relax or explore the space before the day begins.
On arrival, we will greet you and show you around the retreat. You are then free to relax, enjoy the pool or book an Ayurveda treatment.
Each day is thoughtfully structured to create a natural rhythm of movement, nourishment, rest and reflection:

Yes, Ayurvedic treatments can be booked in advance or on the day, subject to availability. Our team will be happy to guide you.

Yes, all activities are designed to be accessible and supportive, whether you are new to yoga, meditation or Ayurveda.
No, you are free to move at your own pace. You can take part in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and relaxation, sunscreen and swimsuit. Everything else will be provided for your day.
Yes, you are welcome to enjoy the pool during your free time throughout the day.
You will be served a freshly prepared Ayurvedic lunch, along with afternoon tea and light snacks, using local ingredients.
The retreat day finishes at around 6:30 pm, after the evening yoga and meditation session.
