Your stay supports more than your own wellbeing. We contribute 70-80% of our surplus towards our Metta Trust charity, helping underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka. By joining a retreat, you become part of this wider effort, helping provide education, resources and ongoing support to those in need. In the UK we support rewilding, mental health support and bringing communities together.

Our retreats follow a more structured and holistic approach, rooted in traditional Ayurveda, yoga, and mindful living. Rather than offering standalone treatments, everything works together to support deeper and more lasting change.
Each experience is unique, but many leave feeling more rested, clear, and balanced. Some notice improvements in physical health, while others gain a deeper understanding of themselves and tools to support ongoing wellbeing.
