We offer one-to-one guidance to support your wellbeing, helping you find clarity, balance, and a way forward that feels right for you. Our life coaching sessions are currently available at our UK centre, with additional guidance from our Buddhist monks and wellbeing experts offered across both our UK and Sri Lanka locations.

unique offerings Counselling with a Buddhist Monk
During your stay, you may have the opportunity to spend time with a Buddhist monk (when in residence), offering a rare and meaningful space for quiet reflection and thoughtful conversation.
Through gentle, open dialogue, you are invited to explore what may be present for you—whether questions around mindfulness, or more personal areas such as relationships, family, or life challenges. The space is held with care, without judgement, allowing you to speak freely. Drawing on deep wisdom and lived experience, the monk offers guidance that can bring clarity, perspective, and a greater sense of ease—supporting a deeper understanding of yourself and your life.

Lifestyle Guidance
Guidance at the retreat extends into how you live each day, offering simple ways to bring awareness into routine actions and decisions. From how you eat to how you rest, small shifts are introduced to support balance and overall wellbeing.
This approach helps you build a more conscious relationship with your habits and environment. Rather than fixed rules, it offers gentle direction that you can adapt to your own life, creating sustainable and meaningful change over time.

Wisdom Talks and Workshops
Our wisdom talks and workshops offer a deeper understanding of the principles that guide your retreat.
In these sessions, we explore the eastern philosophies of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Buddhism, and how you can gently bring these teachings into your daily life to support greater health, balance, and happiness. Alongside this, we share practical workshops with simple tools that you can take away and continue to use beyond your stay.
You may also be guided through mindful walks in nature or gentle explorations of the gardens, offering space to connect with the natural world and reflect on its role in your wellbeing. Together, these experiences support a deeper sense of awareness and understanding, helping you create lasting change in a way that feels natural and meaningful to you.
