Our Sri Lanka centre offers a more immersive Ayurvedic experience, with deeper treatment programmes over longer stays (typically 3–4 weeks), surrounded by tropical nature and a close connection to local culture. Everyone who stays with us will meet with our Ayurveda doctor, regardless of the programme chosen.
No experience is needed. Everything is guided and tailored to your level, whether you are completely new or have an existing practice, including those working with injuries or chronic conditions.
Meals are based on traditional Sri Lankan and Ayurvedic cooking, using fresh, locally grown ingredients including vegetables, fruits, herbs, and rice. Everything is vegan, gluten-free, and free from processed ingredients or additives.
