Meals are a central part of the healing journey. Guided by Ayurvedic principles and prepared with ingredients grown on our land, each dish supports balance and wellbeing. In a peaceful natural setting, dining becomes a time to slow down, reconnect, and nourish both body and mind.

Authentic Ayurvedic Meals Our kitchen follows traditional Ayurvedic principles, guided by experienced doctors.
Rooted in Sri Lankan food traditions, our meals include pulses, coconut-based dishes, fresh sambols, herbal porridges, and a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Using ingredients grown on our own land wherever possible, each meal is vibrant, nourishing, and naturally full of flavour—gently supporting digestion and overall wellbeing.

Our Dining Space
Our dining room opens onto the surrounding greenery, creating a relaxed and welcoming setting for each meal. Guests gather around shared tables, enjoying freshly prepared dishes while overlooking the gardens. With natural light, warm air and the sounds of nature all around, dining becomes a calm and grounding part of daily retreat life.
