We would like to know how you came to know about us. If it is through a friend of yours who was a past customer, we would like to thank him/her.If its another website or a company, or a magazine ad, then it will really help us to know which of our marketing channels worked! We work with a very limited marketing budget so thank you so much for helping!

We are a small retreat centre, and as such we have a strict payment and cancellation policies. We cannot afford last minute cancellations or no shows. We hope you understand this. Please note that as we have a limited amount of rooms and we are rather popular, therefore, we cannot confirm a booking until a deposit payment have been made.

• Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold rooms for all group bookings with the balance being payable 45 days prior to arrival.

All cancellations must be made in writing to The Hotel and conditions of cancellation are as follows:

• Ayurveda treatments can work in combination with other western medication without harmful effects. Guest who have been prescribed medication in their home country may only stop taking or reduce this medication if they receive permission to do so from their own medical practitioner.
• Whilst we offer specialized Yoga Classes & Ayurveda Treatments, we do not hold any responsibilities for injuries and other effects. Recommendations made by our Ayurveda physicians or Yoga teachers cannot override the personal responsibility of our guests to ensure their own safety and wellbeing. • Guests are required to ensure full payment of your reservations invoice prior to arrival to guarantee your booking. Please understand that if your bill is not paid, we cannot guarantee your reservation.
